Kaizer Chiefs co-coach Khalil Ben Youssef lauded his side’s ‘mindset’ after recording a come back victory over Orbit College in their most recent league assignment.
Taking to the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, Chiefs were in for the third consecutive win in the league and were made to work for their three points by netting twice in the second-half following a 1-1 scoreline at the break.
In reaction to the result, Youssef mentioned that he wasn’t surprised at Orbit College’s fight throughout the encounter.
“I think we expected it to be a difficult game so we weren’t surprised, the first 30 minutes weren’t here and after we conceded we reacted and started playing our football,” the Chiefs mentor said.
“I’m so happy about the second half, the first half wasn’t good but the second half was excellent for the players, it’s a good mindset to come back and win whilst creating a lot of chances.”
