AmaZulu bolstered

AmaZulu have bolstered their attacking options by signing Kenyan forward Moses Shumah.

The 23-year-old joins from Zambian club Power Dynamos, where he enjoyed an outstanding 2025-26 season, firing the ‘Aba Yellow’ to a second successive Super League title.

Shumah arrived in Zambia from Kenyan club Kakamega Homeboyz a year ago and immediately dominated, scoring 21 league goals in 25 matches, and 23 across all competitions.

He claimed the Super League Golden Boot for his scoring tally, and won the Fans’ Player of the Season award.

Shumah will add much-needed firepower to AmaZulu, with the Durban club managing just 32 goals from 30 Betway Premiership matches in the 2025-26 season.

The Kenyan international will have the chance to make his debut in South African football when the PSL resumes on the first weekend of August 2026.
