Mamelodi Sundowns have completed the shock signing of Monnapule Saleng from Orlando Pirates.
The signing was announced by Sundowns on Friday across the club’s social media platforms.
Saleng spent the first half of the 2025/26 season on loan from Pirates at Orbit College, registering two goals and three assists in 11 Betway Premiership appearances for the Mswenko Boys.
The pacey winger fell out of favour at the Buccaneers under head coach Jose Riveiro during the 2024/25 campaign, making only three league appearances in which he scored two goals.
He will be looking to return to top form and aid Masandawana in their league title defence.
