Chiefs growth

Kaizer Chiefs’ marketing director Jessica Motaung has explained that the club is aiming to maintain its growth and establish new collaborations.

The Soweto giants recently joined the African Club Association (ACA), which operates to advocate for clubs while collaborating with CAF.

“Kaizer Chiefs joined the CAF African Club Association (ACA), which works to strengthen club football across the continent, and of which I serve as Deputy Chairperson,” Motaung told the club’s media.

“This is of utmost importance for us as we need to maintain the growth of club football by sharing ideas and collaborating.”

Amakhosi also took part in the 2025 TransferRoom Summit in Morocco, where the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals are being held.

“Our participation in the TransferRoom Summit in Morocco’s capital, Rabat, opened new opportunities for collaboration and growth,” Motaung said.

“Our Sporting Director, Kaizer Motaung Jr. represented us well and we believe being part of the TransferRoom will benefit us immensely.”

Chiefs are set to resume their 2025/26 campaign with a Betway Premiership match against Lamontville Golden Arrows on January 20.

The game will be played at the iconic FNB Stadium.
